Rules of implementation for 1752:

1. All dates must be in string format of yyyy-mm-dd specificity. Response requires a date, Request requires a date, if authorizerSignature is present (it is optional), then authorizerSignatureDate becomes conditionally mandatory depending on presnce of authorizerSignature (which is not a digital signature, but initial or an image.
2. Numbers for values in AMount can either be number format (with default JSON limiits)  or string format- if string format the maximum precision will be 15 digits to the lefy and 15 digits to the right of a decimal point.
3. In the Request element, The itemNumber is not mandatory for ProductID if itemNumberRange is used.
4. Material element is mandatory, and is mandatory even if the Product element is a single material- in this case the same material should be entered at the Material level as 100 percent.
5. All claims of exemptions must be supported by a reference below that for the exact list and entry id of that exemption.
6. If a product, subproduct material is for packaging or packing, this shall be denoted using the "Application" element.
7. Each Include element can have only one product element with a proper description of the sectional and any subsectionals, however a declaration may have infinite number of Include elements for different product elements for sectional and subsectionals.
8. When any list or contact ID is used, the corresponding authority for the list is mandatory.
